One of my first jobs in “The Industry” was as a script reader for a small production company. I read close to 1000 scripts during my tenure. I actually finished reading about a third of those (I was generous with my time).
Of those 1000 scripts, I recommended less than 10. And only 2 would I consider making myself.
Just sayin.
